2. Advance Payment, No Refund & Service Assurance Policy

All services are offered on a 100% advance payment basis and are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable under any circumstances.

As a professional commitment, if there is 0% positive improvement after 90 days from the date of complete and correct execution of all remedies, we may, at our sole discretion, extend additional guidance at no extra cost. Eligibility for such support requires same-day video proof of remedy execution. Failure to comply will result in automatic forfeiture of extended support.
